Bye, Bye Crib

No more crib.. this was a happy time for Layla Grace as you can see, but it was a slight bit sad for mommy & daddy. As we were taking the crib rails down, Chris asked me if I was going to be okay. I said that I was right now but was sure there would be tears when we put her to bed in it that night. Coincidentaly, Uncle Jake happend to stop by and he is the one who helped Chris put the crib together when I was pregnant for her. These 3 years have flown by, everyone says it, but gosh it is sooo true. Her first night went great. She slept until 8 am and yelled for me to come get her out of bed. We will see how tonight goes. Sharing the good time with brother.Night, night princess Layla.Night, night Dada.

Happy, Happy Birthday Dan Michael. It has been so fun watching you grow and learn this past year. We are so glad we were able to celebrate this special day with you. Beach Time

Enjoying the sand. Layla Grace loved being buried and burying others.
Poor Micah Man had sunscreen in his eyes.

We enjoyed a stroll on the Boardwalk. We shared ice cream and the kiddies got to play on a swing set & slides that were on the beach. Micah loved the slide and getting his feet in the sand. They both were not happy campers when it came time to leave. Papa Joe, Micah Man & Mimi

My poor man had sunscreen in his eyes and cried for about an hour. Other than that they both played in the sand and had a blast. The rest of my pics came out blurry. I think the camera was on the wrong setting so I will have to get copies from Aunt Angel.
